Order Cancellation / Return or Exchange of Products

Order Cancellations: Order cannot be cancelled on personalization Items. It can be replaced in terms of damaged in transit. Please email us with damage images of items at with order number.

An Order Cancellation can be possible just if the items are not dispatched from the warehouse. Kindly send us an email at We will give a refund for orders that are successfully cancelled.

Requesting Return:

In case of a return, a replacement product or store credit is given.

You can place a return request if:

The product you received is damaged.

The product you received is not what you have ordered.

The product you received is completely different from the image. (Not as per our policies).

* Please note minor differences can be there as these are handmade products and pictures on the website can be a little different due to picture enhancement during photography. Minor colour or size differences can be there.

How do I return a product?

Email us at with photographs of the product within 48 hours of receiving it.

After a deep investigation by our team, a new product in exchange for the faulty product will be initiated.

About Refunds & Timelines:

Refund shall be made through store credits which can be used further for your next purchase. Once, we receive the refund request, we shall process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the products back.
